The Olympic Peninsula - Ecosystem # 1

This week has brought us to the Olympic Peninsula and Olympic National Park. The Park encompasses three ecosystems - miles of the Pacific coast, snow-capped six to seven thousand foot mountains, and a rain forest. On Tuesday, we took the winding 17 mile road up to the 5,200 foot mountain lookout at Hurricane Ridge.

More pictures of Olympic NP will follow later in the week.
